Whiteout?

I'm on a page I follow on my livejournal and I see Whiteout by Britney Spears. I've never heard of it and I love Britney, so of course I'm doing my research. A fan made cd? Hmm...I'm in the process of downloading it right now so I can listen to it. I want Britney to come out with a new album not some fan made thing.
