How is my vision wrong?

I'm in Textual Analysis, it's an English class where I read books and then analyze them. My assignment was to analyze an image from the novel we're reading in class...so I did. I wrote an image in the novel and I described what the image was to me and then my teacher has the audacity to comment that the images that I see in my head when I read are wrong? What is that? I'm not going to go to his office and debate about it either I received a 10/10 so I have no reason to argue about it and if I did he could lower my grade, I don't think he would, but you never know I could catch him at a bad time and irritate him or something.
