Anger

I put a top coat on my nails 5 minutes before I wanted to leave for the library...dumb move. It didn't dry and as I was packing 5 of my nails smeared and they weren't all on the same hand. Soooo now I shall redo all my nails properly (I also forgot a base coat when I did them earlier) when I'm done with the library. I've been sooo scatter brained recently.
