My nails were starting to look so nice. They were getting length to them and I had stopped biting for the most part. I am sad to report that they are back to their original state and I continue to hate them; even painted I know they'll look bad and that's just saddening to me. I've gotten lazy with the biotin and I can actually see the difference. So for now I'll attempt to restart tomorrow. I'll start taking biotin and chewing gum, I'll become (again) more serious about it.
