If I jumped an average of 300 hurdles a week (10 h for the 100 m, doing it 10 times a day = 100 in one practice x 4 times a week = 400 - 100 just because I am me = 300, this does not include any math for the 300mh) for each season (consisting of 4 months/16 weeks a season = 16 x 300 = 4800/season) times four years worth of seasons, 4800 x 4 = 19200 hurdles in four years not including the 300 mh. This means I jump approximately 20,000 hurdles in my life: this is why my knee randomly gives out.
My knee was hurting while I did the math.
I also jumped some in gym one year for some extra credit.
Yes, I am bragging about myself a little. Some people call this their "High School Glory Days", I call it "Why I Have A Bum Knee".
